IT'S TIME WE DO BETTER!
Introducing

Better fiber - bottlefiber

Bottlefiber is polyester fiber certified by GRS (the same guys checking for Organic Cotton) as made from 100% recycled materials
Since 2010, we have saved over
3,500,000,000 liters of water*
2,500,000,000 waste bottles*
370,000,000 kWHs of energy*
*Equivalent from making 25,000 metric tons of color fiber

BETTER - FOR EARTH
Bottlefiber is not only made from recycled materials, it also completely eliminates the need for fabric dyeing

By using recycled materials
Bottlefiber uses 70% less energy

By using solution dye technology
Bottlefiber uses 99% less water
Each ton of fiber saves

- the equivalent of the annual energy consumption of 2 US households
- 80,000 waste bottles
- and 230 tons of water

BETTER - MATERIALS

Bottlefiber is made from the water bottles that we throw away, or the garments that we no longer wear.

Waste bottles are sorted for color, crushed to the size of corn flakes and washed before becoming the main raw material.
Since there is no need to melt the plastic or add any chemicals to the process, there is very little energy consumed in this step of the process.

This is the only way to achieve a significant energy reduction in the entire product cycle.

BETTER - COLORS
Bottlefiber is born with vivid colors! (green, red, purple, or whatever you like)

The majority of the water contamination from the fashion industry happens here, in the coloring stage. Since most of our garments are made in developing countries with poor pollution oversight, this contaminated water goes straight into our rivers and oceans.

By using the solution (or dope) dyed method, Bottlefiber eliminates the need for yarn or fabric dyeing.
